Very rare accommodations here not found in other EU hotels. Rooms have working, cold Air Conditioning! Everything is central heating and cooling so there’s no radiators to worry about. Free breakfast included. The breakfast is great and probably the best free breakfast you’ll find in Europe. Larger rooms than most European hotels. Large free parking lot with electric charging. Some grass areas for pet relief. Downstairs lounge has plenty of seating. Within 15 minutes walking distance from shops and restaurants in the center of town. Within 5 minutes walk from a large park. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and beds are comfy. We were in the king room and the bed was an actual large bed and not 2 beds pushed together. The pillows could be a bit firmer; they flatten when you lay on them but not terrible. My only complaint is the bar is located next to the reception desk so it gets pretty loud in the evenings.

Probably one of my favorite hotels in Kaiserslautern. Although the rooms are a little small (like everywhere else), everything else was great. Breakfast was nice, room was very clean and had A/C, gym was small but clean, there's plenty of parking. The only thing I didn't love was the Wi-Fi, but even that was not too bad compared to other hotels. Staff was nice and helpful.

Our beds were two twins. I have never seen that before. The pillows were down feather and the cases are split lengthwise and that allows the pillow to physically touch guests necks and all of our pillows smelled like sweaty stinky heads so we went to the store and bought two new foam pillows to use for our two weeks stay. Neither bed came with a top sheet which I have never seen a hotel do that so every day I had to call the front desk and ask for a top flat sheet for my bed because every morning the staff would remove the top sheet when making the bed. Breakfast was amazing every day and all staff we came in contact with was very nice and prompt. Room was very clean except our room carpet is very badly stained and needs a good cleaning. Our bathroom was very clean.

If you are looking for a comfortable and friendly hotel with all the necessary features, this is a fantastic choice. The staff were so helpful and kind and provided all the assistance I needed. The room was perfect and had everything I needed but I can't say enough about how comfortable the bed and pillows were, just fantastic. There is a small bar in the lobby and the beer was a perfect touch to the end of my day. I had to check out early because of changes to my travel plans and the staff were very understanding and only charged me half of the early check out fee. Even when a fire alarm went off in the building and we all had to evacuate, everyone was very apologetic and supportive and we were thrilled as it was a false alarm. I would happily go back. If you want a comfortable and supportive place in Germany for English speaking visitors, this is it!

Such a treat to stay here. Great place with friendly staff that also speak English. Rooms were cleaned daily and 2 bottles of fresh Alwa water left in your room daily. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast area included tons of options. I felt comfortable. The Hilton honors members get a free item from the shop and a free drink voucher upon arrival. The parking lot was ample and I could always find a parking spot. During the Month of May when I visited there was a fair on the grounds next to the hotel. Soooo much fun.

Exceptional staff members!!!! I would like to thank Denisa Martin on behalf of all of the 13 personnel that travel with us during our visit. She went above and beyond in meeting all of our needs and going out of her way to make sure we got breakfast earlier than scheduled due to our daily early departures. She kept us informed on all that we requested. She is an exceptional worker and she definitely deserves a raise and a higher position on the Hilton staff. We would like to thank your food service crew for coming in early to accommodate our needs. They were exceptional and always had a smile on thier face. Thank you for taking time out of your personal schedule to meet our needs. We will definitely be staying at this location for all of our future visits. Great Job and great accommodations.

Decent hotel. One of the few in K-town that actually has AC. Addendum: The front desk staff are great. The breakfast staff sre great. But the housekeeping staff is Literally the absolute worst that I have ever encountered. And I travel A Lot! Just waaay too many repeated problems to get into. But I will say this. I'm updating this on Sunday June 25th. I have been here since May and to date have received (1) proper cleaning. The front desk has apologized Multiple Times. Yes! If the saying. "From the sublime to the ridiculous", was a group of people, this housekeeping staff would be it. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Maybe they'll be better after the on duty mgr's meeting that was held In My Room!
